  Gino Blefari is the former president and CEO of HomeServices of America, Inc., the country’s premier provider of homeownership services. He came to his position from HomeServices of America subsidiary HSF Affiliates LLC – operator of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global real estate franchise network – where he retains the position of chairman.

  Blefari joined the HomeServices of America family from Silicon Valley, California-based Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., which he founded in 2002 and through mid-2014 served as its president and CEO. Under Blefari’s direction, Intero became the fastest organically growing company in the history of real estate.
